Based in San Francisco, California, Timothy Fletcher is an accomplished, multi-hyphenate artist who has dedicated his career to the musical theatre industry. He draws upon his roots and lifelong passion for music to perfect his technical abilities and develop his own unique style.
Timothy holds an MFA in Musical Direction from the University of California, Irvine. His graduate thesis was serving as Music Director for a production of Into the Woods.
In addition to the standards of the canon, Timothy also had the opportunity to help develop new musical works at UCI, including: Bunkerville (AMD) and Back Home (MD, Orchestrations).
As an educator he has taught voice and acting courses, both at the university level and in a private studio setting.
Timothy is very passionate about musical theatre for both the cathartic storytelling and the beautiful music, for in no other art form is there such a fusion. Musical theatre ultimately teaches us about ourselves and those around us, and therefore has the power to make the world a better, more inclusive place.
